Our Culture

“Shared beliefs and values of group:
the beliefs, customs, practices, and social behavior of a particular nation or people"

Encarta World English Dictionary

Defining and developing the culture of an organization takes vision, commitment, determination and time. After many years of hard work, we can now look back at the evolution of how we built the incredible culture that we live today at Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc.

Our culture is best defined by our people. Approximately ten years ago, we realized that hiring people with strong insurance knowledge was not enough. We needed to be purposeful in seeking out owners and employees who have a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, posses a propensity to learn and who like to have fun! Yes, fun! At BCH, we believe that having fun cultivates positive behaviors, keeps our employees engaged and striving for excellence.

As an organization, we also understand the importance of “family”. BCH has developed a strong sense of family amongst our staff that is reflected in the personal and professional support that extends not only throughout our organization, but outside our walls and into our community.

We look for opportunities to celebrate with our staff by acknowledging birthdays, anniversaries, educational accomplishments, industry achievements, personal growth and family additions, such as the birth of our children and grandchildren.

As an employer, we realize that our employees spend as much time with their BCH family as they do their own families. We want our employees to look forward to coming to work, to be successful in what they do, have a sense of belonging and above all be happy to be a part of Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc.
